My strengths include infusing teams with positive energy, leading with empathy and creating clear action plans that establish strong protocols, best practices and guidelines that create psychological safety and build morale and strong teams.

I am not afraid of navigating sensitive and difficult conversations, and strive to be approachable, accessible and ready to be the calm in the storm. As a producer, I am adept to facing challenges and shifting course rapidly to meet deadlines, changing schedules and budgets.
